The Behavioral Health Technician position offers…

  • $17/hr starting wage

What You’ll Do:

  • Support clients in their daily routines and recovery-focused activities
  • Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
  • Lead or assist with group activities and educational sessions
  • Observe, document, and communicate client behaviors to the treatment team
  • Assist with admissions, orientations, and safety procedures
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to crisis situations
  • Provide transportation support when needed
  • Work closely with nurses and clinicians to support treatment plans

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of responsible work experience (any industry)
  • A desire to help others in recovery
  • Good communication skills and reliability

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in mental health, human services, or customer‑facing roles

No prior behavioral health experience required
Hands‑on training provided
