Behavioral Health Technician (Full-Time)
Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Pay: $15.00/hour
Location: Prince George County Facility 3000 Lottsford Vista Road, Bowie, MD

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technician to join our full-time team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, supporting individuals in treatment, and creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
Pyramid Healthcare provides comprehensive behavioral healthcare, including psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental health treatment, and support for clients at all stages of recovery.

What You’ll Do
• Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program. • Maintain accurate client documentation. • Observe and document client self-administration of medication, as applicable. • Coordinate client activities. • Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs. • Evaluate clients’ behavioral and emotional needs and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention. • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment. • Assist with clients’ dietary needs. • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
• High school diploma required. • Behavioral health or general healthcare experience preferred. • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
Employment Requirements
Selected candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required state-mandated clearances. Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.
