UPMC’s Bellefield Outpatient Clinic is looking for multiple Behavioral Health Therapists to join the team! Bellefield OP is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services both in-person and virtually to adults facing a variety of challenges. We support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our team is committed to fostering a supportive and compassionate environment, helping our clients achieve their personal goals and maintain their overall well-being.

Our Behavioral Health Therapist is eligible for a Sign on Bonus!!

1-year work commitment--$5,000

2-year work commitment--$7,000

3-year work commitment--$10,000

Responsibilities\:

• Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
• Completes same-day clinical documentation and provides necessary information for service authorization.
• Reviews cases and patient condition changes with the supervisor and clinical team.
• Assesses and updates patient needs and treatment plans.
• Conducts new patient assessments under supervision and implements treatment models.
• Provides individual and group therapy, engages families, and educates patients on recovery.
• Documents all patient interactions and case management activities.
• Discusses additional service needs with the clinical team and makes referrals as needed.
• Participates in treatment team meetings to review and update treatment plans.
• Maintains daily clinical productivity records.
• Creates comprehensive treatment plans for patients with diverse needs.
