Hourly rate starts at $23.25-$24.25 depending on MAP certification.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In this role as a Behavioral Specialist, you will assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in the running of their home and become fully immersed in the communities in which they live.
- The day to day operations of the residential home will reflect an environment that values respect, dignity, and privacy.
- Behavioral Specialists recognize the unique gifts, preferences and needs of each person supported.
- They partner with them in making informed decisions and everyday choices about their finances, well-being, relationships, and employment
- Assist all individuals with their daily needs and ensure that all activities are reflective of their choices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
- Valid Driver’s license
- Negative drug screen
- Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
- Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED
