1. Lead the business development of the Northern Vietnam market, set and execute growth strategies, and take ownership of revenue results
2. Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to expand market penetration
3. Lead a local cross-functional team (Sales, FAE, and Operations Support) to establish a high-efficiency operating model
4. Identify market opportunities and drive project execution and conversion into orders
5. Coordinate between headquarters and local resources to accelerate decision-making and execution efficiency
6. Continuously optimize sales processes and market strategies to enhance overall competitiveness
