Job Responsibilities
- Promptly greet guests arriving at the resort. Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of the resort, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while acting as an information source for dining, attraction, and shop options on and off property
- Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
- Assist department with any guest and member complaints/concerns and communicate to Director of Front Office
- Drives vehicle from on-property locations to selected passenger destinations on Reunion property and/or other locations as authorized by management. Transport guests to the Disney Transportation and Ticket Center, as scheduled. Assist passengers into and out of vehicle. Assist with loading and unloading baggage.
- Drive company vehicle both on and off property; valet member and guests vehicles
- Attend all required meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand service standards.
