- Acts as the vital communication link between the front-of-house (servers) and back-of-house (kitchen).
- Ensuring food is prepared correctly, garnished, and delivered promptly.
- Manage the "pass," prioritize orders, and maintain quality control to ensure a smooth, efficient dining experience for guests.
- Must be 18 years of older
- Previous experience is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
