Ben's Soft Pretzels Supervisor
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise, train, and motivate crew members to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards
- Oversee all aspects of pretzel production and effectively assign team roles/responsibilities
- Manage opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is ready for high-traffic periods
- Resolve customer concerns and provide feedback with brand-appropriate responses
- Coordinate catering or event requests
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports as needed or directed
- Ensure the team follows all food safety, sanitation protocols, and equipment cleaning procedures
- Handle inventory management, order supplies, and maintain accurate sales and operational records
- Monitor sales goals and assist in executing promotional activities to drive store profitability
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 18 years old
- Must have a strong background in restaurant/food service or hospitality
- Prior experience in a food service supervisory role a plus
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with POS and basic office software
- Ability to stand for long periods, work with agility, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
