Summary
Bench Test Engineer owning characterization of PMIC, mixed-signal and RF IP: develops bench test code (Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA), debugs with test/production teams, correlates data with ATE, and produces test limits and phase reports. Requires an EE degree and 5+ years of mixed-signal/RF characterization with lab equipment.
- Overall in-charge for PMIC, Mixed Signal & RF IP Test characterization, Test code development and Test Platform Enablement.
- Liaise closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities and data correlation with ATE.
- Deliver detailed status reports at each phase, test limit (guard band) generation and summary reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of characterizing mixed signal IP & RF experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High Speed Serial Data analyzers, etc.
- Proficient in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, FPGA development.
