Benchmark Salesforce Developer | WFO | Ortigas / Makati
Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for a new Benchmark Salesforce Developer to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 Workplace Everywhere!
- Drive custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Collaborate with teams to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce functionality
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware
- Build and maintain reusable components and automate workflows to improve efficiency
- Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Contribute to documentation, data models, and deployment guides
Qualifications and Requirements
- Salesforce Certified AI Associate, Administrator, and Associate credentials
- Proficiency in Salesforce LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and configuration tasks
- Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Code Builder
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, Jira, and Agile development workflows
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Passion for learning and growing within a global Salesforce team
- Exposure to Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft or other middleware
- Experience with data migration, deduplication, and validation processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein and AI-enabled solutions
