Bengali Language Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
We are looking for a Bengali Language Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage communication with Bengali-speaking customers. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Bengali and have good communication and follow-up skills. Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, customer support, inside sales, or business development are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Bengali-speaking customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Update customer information in CRM/Excel and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare quotations, basic sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Bengali-speaking customers.
- Achieve assigned sales/support targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent Bengali communication is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Sales Coordination.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM software will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have previously worked in Bengali-language sales, telesales, tele calling, customer support, or inside sales will be preferred.
