About the job:

• Establish robust process and control system in line to monitor yield/quality.30%
• Yield improvement to achieve KPI of material scrap saving through process/material/equipment optimization.25%
• Provide engineering supporting to plant strategy projects/ NPD/customer complaints/outsourcing projects/lean kaizen activities.20%
• Routine problem shooting in process including abnormal lots disposition to ensure on time delivery with high quality.15%
• Take part in operation continue improvement activities for productivity promotion/cost down etc.10%

About you:

• Major in electronic or physics/mechanical related, Bachelor or above
• More than 5 years on discrete semiconductor company, Advanced Packaging test experience(NXP，Infineon, Fairchild etc...)
• Familiar with test electrical theory，Familiar with TVS testing machine related equipment NY20,Powertech…,If have vision system 3d_5s setup experience is excellent.
• Responsible production line yield analysis by MES/YSM/Minitab system program, Using system tools trouble shooting and solve problem.
• Experience in failure analysis like Xray/CS/FA/Ingas to dig out root cause, laboratory reliability related knowledge is excellent.
• Handing production maverick lots or customer complaint case, Establish quality risk assessment plan, Management robust FT process control system.
• Ownership lead quality or Lean improvement project(SQDCI), cooperation with partner completely target to continuous improvement.
• Supporting NPD project development new project.
• Problem solving skill, like DOE, QC 7 tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D methodology Good communication of both oral and writing in mandarin and English.
