POSITION SUMMARY: Provides drink and food service as well as customer service to guests on the casino floor, including the poker room and ballroom.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Takes drink and food orders and completes money transactions.

• Must carry a drink tray at all times.

• Keeps Cocktail station serving area clean.

• Assists bartenders with dishes and breaks.

• Does specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.

• Performs other duties as deemed necessary.

• Provides excellent customer service.

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Other duties as assigned.
