We are hiring Beverage Servers to join our fast-paced environment. This role engages guests in conversation, anticipates their needs, and helps create memorable interactions. Beverage Servers maintain clean and organized service areas and ensure compliance with all Health Department sanitation standards. Location: The Nash Casino - 310 Daniel Webster Highway - Nashua, NH
Hours: Full-time/Part-time: Variable Hours (1st shift/swing shift/late-night shift) with Weekends and Holiday's required
Job Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately take beverage orders and deliver drinks in a timely, friendly manner.
- Interact with guests enthusiastically while taking orders, including appropriate upselling.
- Track gaming guests as they move throughout the floor to maintain timely service and order accuracy.
- Set up the service station at the beginning of the shift and complete all closing procedures per company standards.
- Maintain inventory of garnishes, glassware, ice, and other service‑well supplies throughout the shift.
- Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and non‑alcoholic beverage offerings, including proper terminology and glassware.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in training and mentoring new Team Members when requested.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, alcohol service laws, gaming requirements, and company policies.
Education and Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must successfully pass all required pre‑screening and background checks.
- Must complete all required alcohol awareness and food/alcohol safety certifications.
- Internal candidates must meet eligibility requirements under the Transfer & Promotion Policy.
Physical/Mental Working Demands
- Ability to move continuously throughout the work area for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to read, interpret, and input information on POS and computer systems.
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work in service well and bar environments.
- Ability to tolerate exposure to temperature changes, frequent hand immersion in water and sanitizing solutions.
- Ability to work in an environment with loud noise, guest chatter, overhead music, live entertainment, and areas where smoking is permitted.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and respond to visual and auditory cues.
- Manual dexterity to operate POS terminals, glasswashers, liquor systems, and bar‑related tools.
- Requires adequate hand–eye coordination and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
