Beverage Server - Del Soul Bar (Part Time)
Summary
Part-time role serving drinks and ensuring a high-quality guest experience at a bar in Stateline, Nevada, following service and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by following the Thoughtful Service Model at all times. Work effectively with other employees to provide quality, efficient service.
- Accurately computes bill and accepts payment.
- Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures governing the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Monitor area for cleanliness and remove glasses, bottles, paper products, etc., and dispose of per operating procedures. Clean chairs/stools of crumbs and/or spills and spot check carpet for dirt and stains.
Target Salary Range:
- $12.00 per hour
