Bexel Manager Expert

We are looking for a BEXEL Manager Expert with strong experience in BIM coordination, 4D/5D BIM, and BEXEL Manager software to manage project workflows and support client and business development activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate BIM projects using BEXEL Manager.
• Develop and manage 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models and workflows.
• Perform model coordination, quantity take-offs, scheduling, and project analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare project presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
• Support sales and business development through client meetings, product demonstrations, and identifying new opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in BIM and as a BEXEL Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
• Understanding of 4D/5D BIM, quantity take-off, and construction planning.
• Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to contribute to sales and business development activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
