We are seeking a motivated BFSI Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, focusing on products such as life insurance, health insurance, and various banking accounts including CASA, current, and savings accounts. This role requires a proactive approach to field sales and direct sales, engaging with clients to understand their financial needs and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the BFSI sector. - Identify and engage potential clients through field sales activities. - Promote and sell life insurance, health insurance, and banking products to meet customer needs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the agency channel to expand market reach and enhance sales opportunities. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
