Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the BFSI sector, focusing on life and health insurance products. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners to drive sales and achieve targets. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly. - Provide clients with information about insurance products, including coverage options, benefits, and pricing. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. - Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts. - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
