BFT Brand Ambassador

We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets for our clubs. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make prospects feel welcome, identify prospect's needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions are required.

A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer inquiries or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that all enquiries are properly and timely answered to, customers leave our club satisfied and you will contribute to the profitability and success of our club.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Exceed all KPI's and sales targets set
• Manage our marketing plan including handing out flyers, social media posting and prospect calls,
• Deliver presentations on our fitness club, membership, and personal training packages,
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone and social media platforms; answering or referring inquiries
• Maintain hygiene of the premise and equipment
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations,
• Assist the manager with daily tasks
• Set appointments for club tours
• Sale of retail goods
• Digital and community marketing activities
  
  Ideal Profile
• Experience within Sales and marketing would be a strong advantage.
• Exceptionally hard-working, self-motivated and be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve targets,
• Enjoys sales and has a passion for building a career in the health and fitness industry,
• Has strong sales experience and enjoys working for commission and bonuses,
• Enjoys meeting people, promotions, organizing events and marketing.
