BI Analyst: Data-Driven Strategy & Dashboards

Wolters Kluwer in Lucca, Italy is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to develop dashboards and analytical models. You will work closely with General Managers, Product Managers and Sales Executives to translate data into actionable insights and inform strategy.

The role requires solid experience in statistical methods, data visualization, ETL, and proficiency with SAP BI tools. You will participate in data governance and maintain BI reporting quality within the Corporate Performance & ESG

Develop sophisticated dashboards and scorecards. Conduct thorough data analyses to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with management to define data requirements and questions. Support ETL processes and data integration tasks. Identify trends and patterns in large datasets. Maintain and optimize BI tools and reports. Document findings and communicate recommendations clearly. Adhere to data privacy, governance and compliance standards. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance. 2+ years in a comparable BI/analyst role. Experience with BI tools and SAP/BI stack preferred.
