BI Analyst

Job Description

• As a business analyst, the candidate will be led by project manager to fulfill the business analysis and project coordination tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage the stakeholders to understand client’s business & technology strategy
• Gather business requirements and prepare the structured business requirement documents.
• Conduct gap analysis between the AS-IS landscape against the envisioned TO-BE state
• Provide recommendations on industry best practices and a high level assessment of the existing tool suite
• Manage / support the client’s projects following client’s project delivery process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 ~ 7 years’ hands-on experiences on reporting layout design, KPI design & data lineage analysis.
• Professional team player with good communication skill.
• Capability on the structured requirement document.
• Familiarly with software development life cycle. Project management experience is big plus.
• Familiar with SQL language. Development / testing experience on ETL/ reporting is big plus.
