BI Analyst
Summary
BI Analyst responsible for owning business intelligence across the organisation, building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, analysing data, and working with data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

As the BI Analyst, you’ll take ownership of business intelligence across the organisation, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight for key stakeholders. Reporting to the BI Manager, you’ll work alongside the data team to enhance reporting standards, improve data integrity, and grow BI capability across the business.

- Work with data pipelines, warehousing and source integrity.
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual processes.
- Support users with training, guidance and BI best practice.
- Intermediate-Senior business intelligence or data analysis experience in a comparable role.
- Strong Power BI skills across dashboards and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience querying and analysing complex datasets.
- Experience working with data warehouses, dimensional data models and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable BI solutions.
- Experience with Python or R, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Databricks, SSIS or Microsoft Purview is advantageous.
