BI Analyst Programmer
Job Summary
We are seeking a BI Analyst Programmer to develop, maintain, and support business intelligence solutions that drive data-informed decision-making. The role involves working with large datasets, data pipelines, reporting platforms, and analytics tools to deliver accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Write and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis.
Analyze, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Design and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements.
Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Support production environments and resolve reporting and system-related issues.
Contribute to data modeling, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering environments.
Strong SQL development and database management skills.
Experience with data integration and orchestration tools.
Knowledge of Python and modern data platforms is an advantage.
Experience with BI reporting and dashboard tools.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts, including dimensional modeling and star schemas.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
