BI/Data Analyst

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX and dashboard development
• Experience using SQL to query, transform and prepare data
• Experience analysing data and translating complex datasets into clear business insight
• Stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience with data quality, validation and reconciliation
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to a range of audiences
• Experience with Databricks, Salesforce reporting, Python, Azure/AWS, ETL technologies or data modelling is highly beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, meaningful insights
• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Build and maintain data models, DAX measures and visualisations using Power BI best practices
• Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, reconciliation and data-quality controls
• Automate recurring reporting and improve existing dashboards and analytical solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Support reporting, data-driven decision-making and the development of analytical solutions across the organisation
