Introduction & Summary

We are seeking a BI specialist to transform complex operational resilience and technology data into executive-level dashboards and interactive visualisations. The role aims to enhance the internal reporting capability by building a modern, configurable reporting solution that enables senior stakeholders to interrogate data dynamically and understand technology dependencies across the organisation.

The long-term vision includes the creation of an AI-enabled reporting capability, allowing users to explore Important Business Services, Important IT Assets, and associated risks through intuitive visual interfaces.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reporting using Looker Studio.

  • Design configurable visualisations allowing stakeholders to filter and explore technology dependencies.

  • Integrate multiple data sources into a consistent reporting model.

  • Work closely with other analysts to translate analytical outputs into executive reporting.

  • Build scalable reporting solutions capable of supporting future AI-driven querying and insight generation.

  • Produce visual representations of Important Business Services, Important IT Assets, and their relationships.

  • Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting effort.

  • Support senior leadership with clear, data-driven insights into Operational Resilience.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience with Looker Studio.

  • Business Intelligence and dashboard development expertise.

  • Data modelling and ETL knowledge.

  • SQL and data integration experience.

  • Strong understanding of visual analytics and executive reporting.

  • Experience working with complex enterprise datasets.

  • Ability to translate technical information into clear business insight.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within banking or financial services.

  • Knowledge of Operational Resilience or Technology Risk.

  • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics or Generative AI reporting solutions.

  • Experience designing configurable, self-service reporting platforms for senior stakeholders.
