Atleast 2 years of experience in MSTR

Good at SQL, Good Knowledge Hands-on experience in Query optimization & performance tuning.

To work as part of support team and enabled to do code and unit test for the issues raised.

Addresses root cause of problems and find workarounds/permanent solutions

Design , support and deliver BI / Reporting applications using Micro Strategy

Provide technical leadership for Micro Strategy suite of tools.

Ensure OLA/SLA is always met as per agreed business commitments.

Documents all issues, resolution for simple problems and maintains a knowledge repository
