What will be your roles and responsibilities?
- Analyse, evaluate, and refine business requirements, and support the creation of functional specifications
- Design solution plans, including creating mockups where applicable
- Develop dashboards and reports integrated with various business systems and data sources
- Design and create a semantic (gold) layer where applicable
- Participate in designing and developing company-level data marts
- Maintain regular communication with the Data Integration Team
- Train and onboard business users to ensure the correct and effective usage of reports and dashboards
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing reports, including bug fixing
- Manage access control and report permissions
- Create and maintain a company-wide report catalogue
- Work in close partnership with heavy data-reliant business units
- Participate in the development of the company-level data strategy
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a business, economics, or technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, report development, or BI development
- Fluent Hungarian and professional working English
- Advanced Power BI, intermediate Excel, intermediate SQL, and data modelling concepts
- Medallion architecture
- Azure platform
- Fabric platform
- dbt framework
- Source control (DevOps, Git)
- Deployment pipelines
- Demand management processes
- Permission management, row-level security
