BI Developer

Job Description

The BI Developer is responsible to create and manage the Groupג€™s business intelligence infrastructure, tools, and reports. The BI Developer will be working with business users, collecting their requests, and updating the set of BI reports to accommodate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analysing product, market, and share trends to build warehouse data.
• Translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Developing reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision making
• Using warehouse data to generate reports to support business decision making and business performance monitoring
• Maintaining data analytics platforms
• Evaluating and improving existing BI systems
• Conducting troubleshooting on BI models.
• Generating and delivering quality reports to customers and performing quality assurance checks on reports.

Education

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

Experience

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist (4 years)
• Industry experience is preferred
• Proven experience with Qlikview and Qliksense platform
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
