About the role

We are looking for a BI Developer to design and develop Business Intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI.

• Build data models and create DAX measures.

• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and analysis.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

• Ensure data quality and automate reporting processes.

• Document BI solutions and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and SQL.

• Experience with data modeling and large datasets.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and business understanding.

• Good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Git.

• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms.

• Understanding of UX/UI principles for dashboards.

• Experience using AI tools to improve BI development and reporting workflows.
