BI Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data visualizations using Tableau to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Develop ETL processes using Tableau prep to extract, transform, and load large datasets from various sources.
• Create advanced Excel reports and dashboards for business intelligence analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and implement solutions.
• Candidate should have hands on experience on database queries and python would be preferred
• BPO industry experience would be preferred

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in BI development or related field.
• Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros) and ability to create complex reports.
• Proficiency in Python programming language for ETL tasks.
• Experience with Tableau Prep for data preparation.
