BI & Reporting Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring solutions to support business performance and decision-making;
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and relevance to business needs;Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders;
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytical solutions, collaborating closely with business and technical teams;
• Support reporting governance activities, including dataset maintenance, documentation, and reporting standards;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, automation, data visualization, and user experience;
• Contribute to Business Intelligence projects and reporting enhancements in an international and cross-functional environment.

This is what you bring to us:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• 2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role;
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools, preferably Power BI, as well as advanced Excel skills;
• Knowledge of SQL, data modelling, and ERP systems such as SAP is considered a plus;Strong ability to analyze data and translate business requirements into reporting solutions;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
