BI Specialist - Customer Experience
Summary
Build and maintain BI dashboards in Power BI and GCP to analyze passenger and customer-journey data for Qatar Airways’ Customer Experience team.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Data Analyst to optimize our airline's commercial and operational performance. In this role, you will champion data product management, support advanced analytics delivery, and support dataset development. You will leverage our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and Power BI environment to turn complex aviation data into scalable, high-impact data products.
Key Responsibilities
• Enable Data as a service: Treat data as a consumable asset, creating self-service, reusable data products for the organization.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate needs from business unit need especially in the area of Customer Experience into GCP data product & technical specs.
• Act as Consultant: Advise business units on how to formulate questions, design experiments, and use data to solve operational roadblocks.
• Advocate Strategy: Champion best practices for data governance, self-service BI, and data-informed decision.
• Uncover Trends: Analyze complex data, passenger, and customer journey datasets to drive strategic decisions.
▪ Support the CXBI Manager in accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
▪ Develop insightful dashboards for the Customer Experience department.
