1.熟悉公司 Smart Display 系統整合產品（顯示器、MCU、系統介面），提供售前技術支援與問題分析，並與客戶進行案件確認與管控，提供完整的產品技術支援與解決方案。

Develop in-depth familiarity with the company's Smart Display system integration products (displays, MCU, system interfaces); provide pre-sales technical support and issue analysis, coordinate with customers to confirm and manage project details, and deliver comprehensive technical support and solutions.

2.具備良好英文溝通能力，協助客戶進行產品介紹與技術優勢說明，並協助業務團隊進行產品簡報、企劃書撰寫及客戶教育訓練。

Communicate effectively in English to assist customers with product introductions and technical advantage explanations; support the sales team in preparing product presentations, proposals, and conducting customer training sessions.

3.依據客戶需求進行規劃，與業務、研發部門討論可行性，確保專案設計符合客戶需求並具備可執行性。

Plan and design solutions based on customer requirements, collaborating with the Sales and R&D teams to assess feasibility, ensuring project designs meet customer needs and are practically executable.

4.擔任專案經理（PM）角色，帶領工作團隊進行專案型案件的追蹤與管控，確保專案如期、如質完成。

Serve as Project Manager (PM), leading the project team in tracking and managing project-based cases to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.

5.需配合國外出差，拜訪海外客戶，進行技術交流與專案支援。

Willingness to travel internationally for business trips and customer visits, supporting technical exchange and project execution.
