Bids Manager

Bids Manager | Bristol or London | 18-month FTC

An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Bids Manager to lead strategic bid delivery and strengthen its Bids Centre of Excellence.

The role will manage bids end to end, from bid/no-bid decisions and proposition development to compelling written submissions, pricing strategy and pitch coaching. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, the Bids Manager will drive best practice, improve win rates and revenue, and lead initiatives to enhance bid processes, content and the use of AI and technology.

Key requirements:

• Extensive bid management experience within professional services.

• Excellent bid writing, project management and proposition development skills.

• Understanding of strategic pricing and commercial bid strategy.

• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and pitch coaching skills.

• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, AI and technology.

35 hours per week, with flexibility required around deadlines and travel to other offices as needed.
