Big Data Analyst at Home Credit Indonesia builds advanced big-data analytics and reconciliations serving internal teams (CRM, Risk, HR, Finance, Collections, Legal, Antifraud), acts as an expert consultant, and mentors junior colleagues. Core tools: SQL, advanced MS Excel, and Power BI.
- Build advanced Big Data analytics for CRM, RISK, HR, Finance, Collection, Legal, Antifraud teams. Be able to work on the assigned task independently and with minimal supervision,
- Big Data Reconciliation,
- Share knowledge with teammates and be expert consultant for assigned area of knowledge. The assigned area will be connected to Big data,
- Help supervise more junior colleagues with their tasks.
We are looking for talents with:
- Minimum University degree in some quantitative field (Algebra, Statistics, Probability theory, Operational research, Machine learning, Physics, Engineering),
- Having minimum 2 years' experience in a data analytics team,
- Familiar with SQL, advance Ms Excel and visualization tool eg. Ms Power BI,
- Action oriented person, innovative and collaborative,
- Comfortable work in fast paced, agile and dynamic environment.
