How the Lift Attendant works with the Team:
Lift Attendant aides and ensures the safety of guests and our equipment. They are responsible for greeting, supervising, and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and lift assisted attractions.
Team Member Responsibilities:
- Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our Guests
- Greet and interact with guests
- Operate lifts, loading/unloading, scanning
- Assist with maintenance and SOP’s of equipment and grounds as necessary
- Must bump chairs and shovel snow
- Promote and educate guests on safety and how to properly use the lifts, as well as best practices and techniques
- Acknowledging and advocating for our guests needs as it pertains to their experience with Big SNOW
- Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by Blazer/Guide
- Support our mission through consistent teamwork, a positive team member experience, earned guest loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best
