Bike Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in performing routine, general maintenance and repairs on bikes, including adjustments, cleaning and overall parts replacement.
Diagnose and troubleshoot common Mechanical and Electrical faults with the bikes.
Support Senior Technicians in Quality checks, assembly, and disassembly of bikes.
Physical assessment of bikes whenever repairing for unreported abnormalities, e.g., accidents.
Centrally aligning the bikes as per the operational set standards enhancing performance.
Adjusting/tightening of major bike movable parts ensuring longevity.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the team leader/senior technicians.
Requirements
Craft certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in a busy garage, workshop, or an industrial background is an added advantage.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Prior training with the National Youth Service will be a strong advantage.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while performing multiple tasks.
Welding and Fabrication skills are a plus.
