Monarch Talent Group, a US staffing company, is looking for 100% bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals to work remotely with US companies from anywhere in Colombia.

✅ Appointments, customer service, and administrative tasks
✅ Monday to Friday, daytime schedule — no night shifts

REQUIREMENTS:
English C1 (interview conducted in English)
2+ years in call center or sales
Fiber internet, 50 Mbps minimum download/20 Mbs minimum upload
