Bilingual Assistant Property Manager – Enclave at Roswell
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the community and provide leadership in the Community Manager's absence.
- Manage resident accounts, collections, delinquency, payment processing, and move-out accounting.
- Prepare leases, renewals, notices, lease violations, and resident correspondence.
- Process lease violations and ensure timely follow-up in accordance with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
- Respond promptly to resident concerns and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Process applications, approve qualified applicants, and maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Support leasing efforts by touring prospective residents, following up on leads, and assisting with occupancy goals.
- Maintain accurate resident files and ensure data integrity within Yardi.
- Assist with monthly reporting, audits, budgeting, and financial performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure excellent curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with residents, vendors, and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager in the multifamily industry (required).
- Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager (required).
- Experience with RentCafe, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, renewals, collections, lease enforcement, and resident relations.
- Experience preparing and administering lease violations in accordance with company policy and Fair Housing regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and multifamily operations.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
