Part-time, long-term remote role for a bilingual (English/Spanish) engineer who joins client and team meetings to discuss backend engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure. Day to day the person translates client requirements into technical direction, participates in system design and deployment discussions, and acts as a communication bridge between clients and developers.

  • Attend client and team meetings and confidently discuss DevOps, backend engineering, and infrastructure topics
  • Demonstrate your technical knowledge through discussions around system design, architecture, deployment, scalability, and production systems
  • Understand client requirements and help translate them into clear technical direction
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients and developers
  • Make sure requirements, technical decisions, progress, and issues are communicated clearly between both sides
  • Participate in technical planning and solution discussions
  • Help keep projects moving smoothly by coordinating with the development team and resolving communication gaps
We’re looking for a communicative and reliable software professional with experience in backend development, backend engineering, DevOps, or closely related areas. We value engineers who can deliver high-quality work while staying transparent and collaborative.
Required experience & skills
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with our team.
  • Experience building or operating reliable services (e.g., API development, backend architecture, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement).
  • Interest in long-term collaboration and consistent contribution over time.
