• Customer service in the automotive sector.
• Resolving issues
• Call handling
• Vehicle maintenance reminder service for customers of a brand.

What we're looking for

• Bilingual Catalan is essential
• 1 year of customer service experience

What you'll get

• Salary: 9.72 euros/h. For the time you use the Catalan language, a language bonus will be taken into account, which would result in a salary of 10.72 euros/h.

How you'll work

• Schedule: 09:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 09:30 to 16:30
• Contract: 3 months with possibility of extension.
