Bilingual Client Relations Manager

OUR COMPANY

Delivery fleets and commercial vehicle operators all over South Florida rely on us to keep their vehicles running. We're a round-the-clock repair company with mechanical and body shops, and we're growing. We want every customer to feel like we're on their team.

YOUR ROLE

We're hiring a bilingual Client Relations Manager to own our customer relationships. You'll get to know fleet owners and managers, earn their confidence, and give them every reason to stay with us. This is a relationship role, not a sales quota. Part of your week is at our Miami office, and part is on the road seeing customers from the Treasure Coast through the Keys and across to the Gulf Coast.

DAY TO DAY

• Stay in regular contact with fleet customers in person
• Reach out to new fleet operators and introduce what we do
• Listen closely, note what customers need, and pass it on to the team
• Work with management to fix relationships that need attention
• Show up for the company at customer locations and industry events

ABOUT YOU

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (part of the interview is in Spanish)
• At least 3 years in client relations, account management or another customer-facing role
• Easy to talk to, and people trust you
• Patient and composed when a customer is upset
• Organized, and you always follow through
• Background in auto, fleet, dealerships or logistics is a bonus
• Valid driver's license and a reliable car of your own
