Responsibilities

• Service existing clients with billing, claims, and policy changes
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
• Cross-sell additional products to help families protect what matters most
• Support agency growth by retaining and upselling clients
• Be a trusted point of contact for customers

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Life license a plus).
• Bilingual: English & Spanish required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Positive attitude and team player
