What You'll Do
- Assist members with account and payment inquiries
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate account documentation
- Partner with internal teams to provide a five-star member experience
What We're Looking For
Required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, banking, financial services, or administrative experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
- Ability to pass a background and credit check
Preferred
- Experience in financial services, banking, lending, loan servicing, or CRM systems
