Bilingual Customer Service Representative (B2+)

We are looking for talented professionals with passion for customer experience to join the international team of our client, a global company within the travel assistance industry. If you enjoy helping customers, and solving situations efficiently.

💼 Overview

As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will support customers through multiple communication channels, assisting them with inquiries related to travel assistance services, and resolving situations in a timely manner.

📌 Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with service-related inquiries and requests.
• Deliver a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• English level B2+ or C1.
• Minimum 9 months of CERTIFIED experience in Customer Service through any channel.
• Previous Experience in the BPO industry is highly preferred.
• Availability to start by early November 2026
• Experience in multichannel support is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to succeed in fast-paced environments.
