As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll support customers, process orders, and work closely with our sales, warehouse, and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do
✅ Process customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry food products
📞 Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone and email
🚚 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
📋 Track orders and resolve customer questions
💻 Maintain accurate customer and order information
🤝 Support the sales team with quotes, invoices, and order documentation
What We're Looking For
✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
✔ Customer service or order processing experience
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems
✔ Experience with CRM or order management software is a plus
✔ Food distribution, logistics, or warehouse experience is a plus
