About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing call center team. In this role, you will assist customers regarding loan applications, account inquiries, payment arrangements, hardship programs, and general account support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, empathetic, and committed to delivering an outstanding experience on every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with loan-related inquiries and account information.
• Provide support for payment modifications and hardship assistance programs.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account records.
• Manage follow-up activities and callback requests.
• Work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Deliver first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Call center experience (required).
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
