Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Hybrid) in Sandy Springs

Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Work Schedule: Onsite (Must live within 25 miles of the office)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Start Date: October 2026
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while providing an outstanding customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate issues as needed
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs)
• Navigate multiple systems while providing high-quality customer support

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required)
• Previous customer service experience required
• Call center experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Sandy Springs, GA
• Must reside within 25 miles of the office
