Bilingual Enrollment Rep

• Membership Enrollment
• Providing customer service to members with Questions with services

• 2 years of experience call center customer service in healthcare
• Bilingual Eng/Sp required!!!
• Experience enrolling members preferred
• Must be able to read off of a call script
• Managed care experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good grammar and superb data entry required!

Hours for this Position:

• 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
