Position Overview: We are looking for motivated Bilingual Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and help them improve their home's water quality. In this role, you will conduct free water quality tests, educate homeowners on their water concerns, recommend appropriate water treatment solutions, and close sales. You will also be responsible for completing the necessary paperwork and guiding customers through the sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout Miami-Dade County.
• Conduct free in-home water quality tests to identify potential water issues.
• Educate homeowners on their water quality concerns and available treatment options.
• Recommend and present water filtration and treatment solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain product benefits, answer questions, and close sales.
• Guide customers through the sales process and complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
Requirements:
• Previous sales experience required, preferably in in-home sales, home improvement, or water treatment.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must currently reside in Miami-Dade County.
• Comfortable with one-call closing and confident in closing sales during the initial appointment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must have reliable transportation (car or truck).
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled appointments efficiently.
